    it's a good video "success" is pronunced diffrent in your speech one is wrong ,it should be " sJk'ses"with schwa sound.

    your video is good but there is a pronunciation mistake "success"/səkˈsɛs/, and there is also grammatical mistakes "what are the plan?". you should add "s" to the word of "plan".
